Privacy

Short, because the practice is short: watch without an account and we store nothing; make one and we store what the account page shows you.

Without an account

Browsing Boxateur needs no account and stores nothing about you with us. Video plays through the platforms that host it (YouTube and others), and those platforms see the same thing they would if you watched there — their privacy terms apply to the player itself.

With an account

Signing in stores your email address, used to send you sign-in links and nothing else unless you opt in. If you choose to, your account also holds: a display name; the country you say you are in (so we can point you at events near you — it is where you are, not a nationality); your watchlist; your own judging scorecards; and which event sessions you opened while signed in, one row per session per day. All of it exists to make the product work for you, and all of it is visible on your account page.

Email

We email you sign-in links because that is how signing in works. Anything beyond that — new footage, events near you — happens only if you tick the box on your account page, which is off by default, records when you ticked it, and can be unticked any time.

What we never do

We do not sell or share your personal data. We do not require an account to watch anything. We do not infer a nationality from your account country. Fighter and event data on the site is the public sporting record and is not about you.

Deletion

Deleting your account deletes everything above with it — profile, watchlist, scorecards and history are all tied to the account and removed together. Until self-service deletion is built, ask and it will be done by hand.
