Three accounts, one site

Verify who you are, claim the page that already holds your results, add how to reach you, upload clips, and decide whether pro scouts may get in touch.

Verifying — about five minutes

1. 1Find your pageSearch the roster for yourself — your results are already there. Not there yet? Say so; you can still verify.
2. 2Photo IDPassport, national ID card or driving licence. This is where your legal name and date of birth come from — you must be 18 or over.
3. 3Boxer passport or federation licenceYour record book, licence card or federation registration — the document that ties the person on the ID to the boxer in the ring.
4. 4A selfie with your ID and a codeWe show you a six-character code. Hold your ID next to your face with the code written on paper, so the photo can only be today's.
5. 5One public link (optional but faster)Your federation page, BoxRec entry or the Instagram account that posts your fights.

A person reviews it, usually within a couple of days, and you get an email either way. Your ID and selfie are seen by the reviewer only and deleted thirty days after the decision. You must be 18 or over.

Once you are verified

1. 1Claim your pageOnce approved, your record is yours: a verified badge, your stance, height, reach, club, coach and a short bio, all on the page that already holds your results.
2. 2Decide who can reach youThe “Open to pro enquiries” switch on your dashboard. On, and verified scouts can see the contact details you typed and download your resume. Off, and nobody can. Every look is logged and counted for you.
3. 3Upload clipsUp to six clips of up to 250 MB, plus six links to clips you have already posted. They play on your page. You keep your rights — the licence is non-exclusive.
4. 4Download your own resumeA PDF of your whole record, your medals, your rank, footage links, your clips and what is coming up — the same file a scout gets, so you know exactly what they see.

Search on what a signing decision needs, keep shortlists, hear when a shortlisted boxer's results land, and reach the boxers who have said yes to enquiries. Verified; one week free after approval.

Verifying — about five minutes

1. 1Who you areCoach, manager, promoter or matchmaker; your organisation, gym or promotion; the country you work in.
2. 2Photo ID and a selfie with a codeThe same identity check every boxer does — a scout is a named person, never a company login.
3. 3Managers, promoters, matchmakers: your licenceThe commission or board that licenses you and your licence number — for example a state athletic commission in the US, or the BBBofC in Britain. We check it against the public register where one exists.
4. 4Coaches: documentation and one referenceYour federation coaching card, certificate or club letter, plus one person who can confirm you coach — a club head, federation official or another licensed coach. We contact them.
5. 5One public link proving the affiliationA BoxRec promoter or manager page, a federation licence list, your organisation's site naming you, or your club's page.

Managers, promoters and matchmakers are checked against their licence; coaches against documentation and one reference we contact. A scout is one named person. Sharing a login ends the account.

Once you are approved

3. 3Keep shortlistsAs many as you like, with a note per boxer and per list. The ＋ Shortlist button is on every search row and every profile.
4. 4Hear when a prospect fightsNew results for anyone on your lists show on your workspace and arrive by email, with the card and the footage.
5. 5Reach the boxers who said yesOn a verified boxer’s page, Scout tools show their age and — if they switched enquiries on — a button for their contact details and a one-click PDF resume. Both are logged to the boxer.
